Parkland Halloween Festival

Get ready for a spooktacular evening of family fun! We are looking for enthusiastic CERT volunteers to represent our team and promote emergency preparedness at the upcoming Parkland Halloween Festival. This is a fantastic opportunity to engage with our neighbors,  recruit new members to the team, and make a meaningful public impact through the following roles & activities:

• CERT Advocacy: Speak with residents about the mission of CERT, hand out educational materials, and encourage community members to sign up for upcoming training classes.

• CPR Demonstrations: Teach basic, hands-only CPR techniques to attendees using practice mannikins.

• Engagement: Help manage our booth, answer general safety questions, and represent our team with pride.
