Becky Cheresnick a Licensed Mental Health Counselor will lead the discussion on this important topice. Beck specializes in anxiety, depression, divorce, grief and bereavement, crisis situations and post traumatic stress. She has worked with the FBI, DEA, Homeland Security, sheriff and police departments, and all branches of the military. She has been closely involved in bank robbery situations, suicides in the workplace, the aftermath and victims of 9-11 and the mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. For the past 3 years she has been a member of the Clinical Response Team of the Coral Springs-Parkland Fire Department and the Florida Firefighter Safety Collaborative.
